Ideal for families and students just beginning to think about college, this workshop covers the basics of identifying and evaluating colleges that fit an individual student’s aspirations. We will provide resources and information for online searching as well as tips for making the most of your visit to college campuses.

Writing Your Personal Statement
Crafting a personal statement that captures a student’s individuality can be a challenge. High school writing curriculums rarely incorporate personal writing, so even the finest English students are often left with limited tools to structure their college essay. Our 45-minute program provides tools for selecting a great topic and structuring a personal writing piece.

Athletics and the Admission Process
To ensure that college-bound athletes are a step ahead, this workshop guides families through the admission process for prospective college athletes. You will gain the tools to find a place for you to excel at your sport. We’ll aid you in developing a timeline for the admission process for a student-athlete.
